Description:Philips MA50 on A13 near Ripple Road turnoff

Another road which was Iridiumified in 2004 was the A13 Ripple Road in Barking. However, a small stretch of the original 1970s installations was missed around the junction with Renwick Road, probably because there are some traffic lights here which could cause some problems for the bucket vans! This is one of these installations, which I think, despite looking very rusty, looks fantastic, especially with the MA50 lantern installed on it! However, I think the MA50 may have replaced an Eleco GR150.
