Description:Replacement scheme on Barkingside High Street

Looking up at the old and new installations, they can be compared easily! The older columns (this one has an ad board on it, by the way, and was only installed in 2006) are much taller than the new installations, but lack the fancy brackets that the new installations have! The base of the lanterns look very similar, however their overall characteristics are very different! The Metronomis is concave and painted silver, while the Aledo is disc-shaped and is painted black!
