Description:	Stranded cars at M1 J30 - The black and silver cars in lane 3 have their hazard lights flashing. The drivers of the blue Vectra and red 306 fail to realise the cars ahead are stationary and leave it to the last minute to swap lanes. The VMS is showing Accident Slow Down but this changes later on. Traffic heading the other way is rubbernecking resulting in long queues.
