Description:The Station Commercial Hotel - Public Houses, Inns and Taverns of Wisbech This building appears to be the former Station Commercial Hotel on Victoria Road, Wisbech. As the name indicates it was next to Wisbech East Station, which closed in 1968. An old photo of the hotel, which appears to have been taken around the time of The First World War 1914-1918, can be seen here [1] To date this is the only inn/tavern/hotel that I have found that is not listed in AA Oldham's book and I have been unable to find any other information relating to the hotel.
