Description:	Wall-mounted Alpha 3 in Station Parade, Westgate Station Parade in Westgate is lit by Thorn Alpha 3s mounted on a mixture of sleeved and unsleeved CU concrete columns. However, the first installation on the road is a wall-mounted example.
