Description:at the same intersection ... all signs are either blue if on motorway or green background. routes are distinguished in importance by letter prefix. N would be a national road, R would be a minor road (two types). You can guess that the Route number (R) was changed recently. Note again that although the N3 is the main route ... the yellow disk T indicates the start of the toll road.
