Perhaps the longest S4 in Britain? It is the straight leading up to the A4

The A403 from Aust (M48 J1) to Avonmouth (western end of A4) will partly be diverted onto a new road starting at the traffic lights south of the bridge over the M49 near Severn Beach. Some of this road has already been constructed and this picture shows a sign, two roundabouts south of the traffic lights, pointing northwards. When the road is complete, you will actually reach the M5 and Avonmouth by instead going South at this roundabout. The sign should really say (A403) as it is not (yet) the A403.
