A445 Bubbenhall
Local direction sign on A445 at Bubbenhall with crossroads signs in background on yellow backings - these have the non standard black lettering 'BEWARE RIGHT TURNING HGVs' to draw attention to the right turn which is used to a landfill site and is used by lorries to the site. A close up of one of these signs has been placed in the warning signs section of the gallery. May 3 2007

Non Standard Cross Roads with Distance Plate and Turning Vehicles Warning A445
Yellow background crossroads sign with distance plate and 'BEWARE RIGHT TURNING HGV's' at the A445 Bubbenhall Crossroads north of Leamington Spa about 2 miles from the A423 Ryton Roundabout. There is a duplicate sign on the nearside and both signs are visible to traffic travelling northwards. There is a general view in the A445 roads section of these. May 8 2007

Ryton Island taken in 2001 prior to it becoming a roundabout.
Early 90s scheme to improve safety at Ryton Island by replacing central reservation gaps with underpasses under the A45.
