The centre of Trefnant has a village store, post office and chip shop. What more could you want except for the pub, which has sadly closed. On the junction of the A525 and the B5428.

Pre-Worboys sign on the old A55 outside St. Asaph.
Gives then-current distances to Holywell (behind the camera) and Abergele (in front).
A plate with LLANELWY on it has since been added, although Holywell is still untranslated. One end of the B5426. The road directly ahead of the camera goes into Bangor, but you can't get there from here as there's a 'no right turn' sign in the way. Luckily, the road to the right also goes there.
Nant y Garth Pass The A525 passes through the Nant y Garth Pass between Llysfasi and Llandegla - there are numerous blind bends and the road crosses the river about 9 times.
This is what I saw in Madeley Heath, outside Keele. Old 1970s style columns with a mixture and variety of lantern types.

Wrexham, Wales. These were some of the more unusual street lights in the town. They're aluminium columns, but don't know what the lanterns are though. Most other lights in the area were either Philips Iridiums (cosmo) or Urbis Axia 2s (LED).
