M5 progress suffers a major setback at Avonmouth bridge, because of the box girder scare 2 years ago. J19-J20, Clevedon had opened in 1970, no use to A38 users, as it ended miles from any A road. J20-22 has just opened in January 73 but, that is where the A38 joins it from Bristol. How was the traffic signed during this interim period, A369 to J19, A370 to J21 or, A38 to J22, where the M5 ended ?
