Start of 30 MPH limit on Hambledon Road as it enters Waterlooville. This limit was due at time of photographing to be moved towards the camera, see <a href='http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1763875'>SU6610 : Cylindrical traffic order notice, Hambledon Road</a>. The houses on the right at Dukes Meadow, part of the large 'West of Waterlooville' development area.

This road is very busy, even on Sundays, and most cyclists wisely, if unlawfully, ride on the pavement.
