Croydon Road, Caterham (C) Stephen McKay
Although Caterham is an ancient place (the name may be of partly Celtic origin), this part of the town, in the valley bottom, owes its development to the coming of the railway in 1856. This view is looking along the busy Croydon Road, the B2208.
