This is my first ever white arrow with a road number, all my others are London issues with yellow borders plus one with no road number.

Originally I thought signs to specific buildings (besides stations) were not nationally issued, but all the direction signs in the area include both the Royal Marsden and Sutton hospitals, meaning they can be included on national signs as areas would if important enough.
