This is one of the two ferries that runs between Kingsweir and Dartmouth in Devon.

Crossing the River Dart and headed for Kingswear on the Lower Ferry. It consists of a floating platform, teathered to a tug.
Looking up river and towards Kingswear on the eastern side.
Not as mad as it seems as traffic on the B3205 is on a one-way system through Kingswear and in the direction of travel mostly arrives intermittently from the Dartmouth Lower Ferry. The pretty Waterhead Creek on the left.
You head for a watery grave on the B3205 unless you stop until the ferry gets here.
