Lane into Halwell The steep lane that connects Halwell Cross with the village centre. Technically this is the A3122, but only for uphill eastbound traffic. It's not exactly one way, but descending traffic is restricted and apart from agricultural vehicles and school transport, most must use Totnes Cross.
