A4041 Queslett Road

This is what happens when a boundary runs down the middle of a dual carriageway. On the left is Walsall and on the right is Birmingham. The columns on the right are made by S&L and would have dated to the dualling of this road. Both sides had these columns and lanterns. About 5 years ago Walsall Council replaced it's lighting and this has resulted in different columns on each side of the road. The second nearest column on the right is a later replacement with a shoeless MA lantern.
