B4483 in Coseley In effect, this is a miniature bypass, avoiding the Castle Street shopping area, parking for which can just be seen on the right.
10m steel columns which look as if they've been there since either the 1980s or 1990s. The one in the foreground has an outreach bracket and an Indo Air 2 (LED), and the other in the background is post-top with an Urbis Axia 2 (LED). The Air 2 replaced a Philips MA50 (LPS/SOX), and the Axia 2 replaced a Philips SGS203 (HPS/SON). This is just off the B'ham New Rd in Coseley.
