Hamilton Bridge This bridge was built in 1825 by a group of local lairds led by Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran. Their aim was to create a new road linking Kilkerran with Maybole via Crosshill. The bridge was named after one of the lairds, Sir Hew Hamilton of Bargany. For a winter view, see 1657493
