The B955 fork at Gella, with the left-hand road heading up the west side of Glen Clova, and the road to the right heading up the east side of the glen. Both roads will meet up at the hamlet of Clova six miles away.
The B955 on the west side of Glen Clova a mile from the hamlet of Clova. Ben Reid is ahead in the centre of the photograph, with the snow-flecked Corrie of Clova to the right.
The longest straight section of road in Glen Clova. This is on the east side of the glen between Rottal and Wheen.
Clova Bridge The bridge spanning the south Esk near Clova, where the B955 turns to run down the other side of the glen. The date in the panel in the centre is 1898.

The old Gella Bridge Taken shortly after part of the parapet collapsed into the river. The bridge was demolished completely within a few months of this.
