M40 Motorway Junction 2 This is the Beaconsfield junction where the M40 links to the A355, north and left to Beaconsfield and south and right to Slough and Windsor. The coach on the right is one of many plying the London to Oxford route. The photograph was taken from the centre of 1838410, but by lining it up with the central reservation and its lampposts the photographer has unintentionally created an odd effect of a split image.
