Creswell Interchange

 

 

M6 Motorway at junction 14 The northern end of the third (isolated) section of the M6, opened on August 4th 1962. Within a year, this bypass of Stafford was linked to that avoiding Stoke, forming a continuous motorway route between today's junctions 13 and 16.

Plans for a replacement Creswell Interchange as part of full M6 J11-19 widening from the early 1990s.
