Ireland: N11 SB @ Glen of the Downs

Narrow hard shoulder due to reduced land take; the road goes through a nature reserve. The 40 mph limit is due to road works. Normal dual carriageway speed limit in Ireland is 60 mph (100 km/h from Sept 2004).
