Hmmm... this isn't, admittedly, the main road from Vienna to Prague/Berlin, but it is the official diversion on this particular Sunday...

This particular diversion was really quite welcome, a superb landscape.

Faroe Roundabout Sign.jpg
A typical direction sign in Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. The majority of the signage is black on yellow. The dashed edges around the route number denote that this road will lead to that route eventually.
Toftir.jpg
The end of Route 15 in Toftir, Eysturoy. Where possible, roads in the Faroe Islands hug the coast to avoid the mountains. Outside of the major population centres, traffic is light.
