River Dodder, Bridge at Bath Avenue and Aviva Stadium The River Dodder (Irish: An Dothra) is the largest tributary of the River Liffey and is one of the three main rivers in Dublin, alongside the Liffey and the Tolka.
Behind the bridge is The Aviva Stadium, a 51,000 all-seater sports venue built on the site of the former Lansdowne Road stadium, which was demolished in 2007. It is the home venue for the Irish rugby union team and the Republic of Ireland football team. Aviva Group Ireland signed a 10-year deal for the naming rights in 2009.
