The remains of the old Loftsome Bridge Some OS maps seem to indicate a footpath crossing here, but the footpath coming from the direction of South Duffield Ings just stops on the far bank at this point, though it does seem to start again at the new Loftsome Bridge. Perhaps this is a mapping error or the missing section of footpath was somehow omitted from the Definitive Map.
