Here's my second nomination - the other end of the A2! :-) The Dover end this time, and not my picture - it was submitted by Brenley Corner, but since it is summer and we're all heading off on our holidays, I thought a photo of Dover Docks, the ferries and not one but 2 major roads (A2 and A20) would be apt.

Here's my first nomination - it's the best one of the few photos I have, it marks the end of the A2, one of the key radials, it has plenty of things to look at, such as signs, people, pubs, and is just an interesting picture!

I was completely unaware that they were replacing the bridge, but it's amazing what you can discover! This shows the temporary road bridge with a 20mph limit. The bridge is being constructed to the right.
