N11 between Wicklow and Arklow

There is currently a 14 km gap in the dual carriageway between the end of the Rathnew bypass and the start of the Arklow bypass. Plans are well advanced for construction, and the CPOs have been served, but unfortunately there has been no word yet as to funding. Expected (hoped) construction start is sometime in 2007.
