Here's the 'use both lanes' signs. The lights are about to change back to green, and you can see the delay they've caused.

M27/M271 Freeflow

A very simple and effective way of solving the problem of queuing here. The cost is kept low by requiring only three bridges and the M271 to the north having no access to the M27
