Switzerland - Approaching Gothard Tunnel

Ok, it wasn't August - it was September 2003 and a job to Palermo. If you have never driven Switzerland you must ! It doesn't take long as its relatively small, the tolls are steep but the views are breathtaking - especially at night. Like being in a Plane... I have a run to Lucca in Northern Italy in September via the Mont Blanc so will get some more pics !

CH 4 Schaffhausen

This is technically a single-carriageway expressway (vignette not theoretically required) north of Schaffhausen, just into Switzerland from Germany. Single-carriageway motorways are commonplace too.
