CA 49 in Sierra Nevada

State Route 49 winds its way down into a river valley somewhere between Yosemite and Lake Tahoe.

I know a foreign picture naver makes POTM, however, we all like a nice bridge. These bridges are becoming more andmore rare over the Southern States, so its always nice to find one.

Wisconsin route 80

Here we go again with another foreign entry. I've got to win with one of these eventually.

I was coming out of a small town and saw this view which would be worth photographing so I quickly grabbed the camera and started snapping before I got too far down the hill. Considering I was doing 60+ along a bumby road I was really impressed with how sharp it came out. Sometimes just a quick rushed picture can come out better than if I had stopped and set the camera on the tripod.
