Signage in the tiny town of Ballyhack Co Wexford

The sign is funny. It points straight across Waterford Harbour at the sister town of Passage East in county waterford. Good luck driving that!

The ferry from Passage to Ballyhack links county Waterford with County Wexford in about 5 mins. It's faster than driving through the traffic in Waterford City anyway!

The Redmond Bridge, Waterford The Redmond Bridge, across the Suir, in the centre of Waterford opened in 1903. It eventually became unsafe and was replaced by the present Rice Bridge in 1984. Both bridges had lifting spans to allow shipping to pass. The view is towards the railway station.
