Winterbrook Bridge
Out for a Sunday stroll
People out for a Sunday walk on the new bridge prior to tarmac being put down. It was quite an attraction for a while, people from both sides of the river being able to walk across.

Nearly done
The sections are nearly in place. The work was done by around 10pm by which time all the people watching were perished. I ended up with a cold.

The crane in place waiting to lift the sections. Ran out of film here so watched the first sections going in. They finished and left the next part till the next day.

Slight problem
Slight problem occurred; the road side collapsed as the crane went past due to the weight and the wetness of the ground. The worker is by the drainage ditch which as you can see was breaking up. It was a long day.
