Grangetown Interchange was a planned junction in Cardiff connecting the unbuilt Southern Primary to the A4160 which would have been realigned onto a long sweeping curve. The junction would have been one half of a cloverleaf with access to and from the Southern Primary only from the southbound carriageway of the realigned A4160. This section of the Southern Primary would have formed a westward continuation of The Hook Road but wouldn't have been built until a later date. Plans indicate the Southern Primary would have been dual 4-lane at this point.
