Heathrow Interchange (also known as Sipson Interchange) is junction 4 of the M4.
The roundabout under the M4 mainline is under motorway regulations. In the late 1990s proposals existed for a direct link to the M4 southbound spur in order to relieve traffic congestion at the junction.
