Hillingdon London Borough Council is the Highway Authority for all roads in the borough of Hillingdon, with the exception of those managed by Highways England or Transport for London.
The Borough Council is responsible for the maintenance of all of roads and associated footways in the Borough that are not managed by Highways England or Transport for London. This also includes, bridges, structures, signal controlled junctions, controlled crossings, road markings, 3,300 illuminated signs, traffic signs and 21,200 street lights.
