Inchmichael Junction is a modified trumpet junction on the A90 dual carriageway between Perth and Dundee. It was built in the mid 2000s to replace a number of at grade junctions on the A90 which included central reservation crossings that were perceived to be dangerous. The sliproads converge at a roundabout on the south east side of the dual carriageway, from where a new road curves around to meet the old Errol Station Road, leading to Errol itself. Shortly after the roundabout, a left turn runs alongside the A90 to connect up the old Horn Road, which retains a separate westbound offslip from the A90 at the old junction site to serve the neighbouring businesses. On the north side of the A90, the Rait Road has also been rerouted across the fields to meet the new junction, meeting the sliproads at a standard T junction. A short distance to the north, a new road turns off and heads east, connecting up a number of farms and properties that formerly had direct access to the main road.

The junction has therefore replaced four public road junctions and a number of private road junctions on the A90, even if 2 offslips and a LILO farm entrance survive. Unlike the slightly later Glendoick Junction further west, only narrow hardstrips are provided on the A90 through the junction, Glendoick almost has full hard shoulders.
