Kelty Junction, or Cocklaw Junction, is junction 4 of the M90. It lies on the western side of Kelty, as the motorway scythes across Blairadam Forest Park, and is also the terminus of both the A909 and B914. Prior to the construction of the motorway in the late 1960s, the B914 continued east to meet the A90 on the far side of Kelty. However, with the coming of the motorway, the A90 was downgraded, and the A909 extended along it, and then over the eastern end of the B914 through Kelty to reach the new motorway junction.

The junction itself is a simple Diamond Interchange, with the opposing sliproads meeting opposite each other, each having two lanes. There are also right turn lanes in the centre of the A909 over the bridge. The A909 and B914 meet end on to the west of the northbound slips.
