Kelvinbridge Roundabout lies on the A807 immediately to the south of the village of Torrance, and marks the southern end of the B822, which enjoys a magnificent route northwards over the Campsie Fells. The roundabout has been built slightly south of the old T junction which it replaced, and so immediately north of the junction, a left turn leads off the B822 showing the former approach of the A807.
The roundabout takes its name from Torrance Bridge over the River Kelvin a short distance south east along the A807. This road then leads, counter-intuitively to Torrance Roundabout, where it ends on the A803.
