Kippen Station Roundabout lies to the north east of Kippen village, and takes its name from the former station site which lies a short distance to the north. The junction is a simple 4-arm roundabout, replacing a crossroads, with the A811 passing through from east to west, and the B822 from north to south, quickly turning south west as it climbs steeply into the village. The junction lies on the southern fringe of Flanders Moss, the vast flat flood plain of the River Forth.
