|Location Map ( geo)|
Lancing Manor Roundabout Is located on the eastern side of Lancing with the A27.
Old Shoreham Road approaches the junction from the east, and used to split into two: Grinstead Lane and Manor Road through North Lancing. There was an additional access into Lancing House, with a lodge by the entrance.
Sixth Avenue joined the junction in the 1920s. The area was soon redeveloped and by the 1950s Sixth Avenue was now known as Upper Brighton Road, which took the A27 and formed a bypass for North Lancing. The old triangle junction became a roundabout. Old Shoreham Road later became a dual carriageway, with a local access road.
