Leigh Road Interchange is junction 13 of the M3.
A folded cloverleaf arrangement with a series of traffic lights and a hotel embedded within one of the loops. When the M3 was the A33 Chandlers Ford Bypass, it would have formed the main access in to Eastleigh. When this became the M3, the widening of the road meant two slips on the eastern side had to be realigned, with one remaining but gated off.
With the upgrade to the M3, crucial access from the local roads to the M27 eastbound was not provided, preventing the junction from forming part of a bypass for Eastleigh.
