Lhanbryde West Roundabout lies at the west end of the Lhanbryde Bypass, which was opened in the 1990's. The A96 now curves around to the south of the village, whilst the old road through the village has been declassified. The roundabout is a simple 4 arm junction with the A96 passing from east to west. The old line of the road turns off to the north east, the roundabout being sited south of the old A96 line. To the south, a minor road leads off to Easter Coxton Farm, beyond the railway.
