Lolworth Junction was junction 28A of the A14. It is a minor junction with an unclassified road to Lolworth village and provides the only access for vehicles. Originally a T junction, access changed to only only available as a LILO with the westbound A14, until the A1307 LAR opened in April 2019 when the junction returned to a T Junction.
During the Huntingdon to Cambridge works in July 2019, a new direct LILO access was constructed temporarily onto the new northbound A14 carriageway. This is a temporary arrangement until the new bridge over the road to the LAR was finished at which point direct access to the A14 will be removed (which occurred on April 14th, 2020).
