Lolworth Junction was junction 28A of the A14. It is a minor junction with an unclassified road to Lolworth village and provides the only access for vehicles. Originally a T junction, access changed to only available as a LILO with the westbound A14, until the A1307 LAR opened in April 2019 when the junction returned to a T Junction.
During the Huntingdon to Cambridge works in July 2019, a new direct LILO access was constructed temporarily onto the new northbound A14 carriageway. This was a temporary arrangement until the new bridge over the road to the LAR was finished at which point direct access to the A14 was removed (which occurred on April 14th, 2020).
