Caerleon Interchange is junction 25 of the M4 motorway.
The interchange is often referred to as "Caerleon Road", being situated on the road of that name, some 2.5 route kilometres from Caerleon itself.
This junction was originally with the primary A449, before that was rerouted to J24 as part of the dualling and realignment of that road. The old A449 is now the B4596.
Since the Brynglas Tunnels and Malpas Road Relief scheme, it has been a limited-access junction providing direct access to the motorway's eastbound carriageway only and exit from its westbound carriageway only. Previously it was full-access.
