Tiverton Parkway Interchange is junction 27 of the M5. This junction is the turn-off for North Devon bound traffic and marks the beginning of the North Devon Link Road, built to replace the older A361 which started at Taunton (it has now been downgraded to the B3227) in stages between 1983-1988. As such, this junction can get very busy.
