Man O' War is a minor T-Junction on the L1190 Old Coach Road, between Balbriggan and Lusk.
The junction is named after the pub that sits on the junction, which dates back to 1595 (according to a sign on the front of the pub), and was a notable waypoint on the old Dublin to Drogheda turnpile. The section of road was bypassed with a realignment of the N1.
Rocque's map of Co. Dublin, published 1760, shows 'Turn Pike' and 'the Man of War Inn' here.
