Marus Bridge Roundabout is a junction of the A49 and the B5238 in Goose Green to the south of Wigan The district of Marus Bridge is to the south of the junction, which contains a bridge over a brook, whose name is unclear.
The A49 runs from Ross-on-Wye to Bamber Bridge, near Preston
The B5238 runs from this junction to Horwich via Wigan
This junction was until recent years a signal-controlled roundabout. Since, it has been converted into a controlled crossroads in preparation for the new bypass road - Westwood Way. It includes a dedicated, segregated turning lane Northbound onto Poolstock Lane. The original roundabout's murals have also been moved to the South-East corner of the junction.
