Meads Corner is a roundabout on the A1306, where it meets the A1090 in Purfleet. The name of the junction appears on the Advance Direction Signs approaching the roundabout.

The junction was built in 1925[1] at the intersection of the A126 Purfleet Bypass and the A13 Arterial Road (Purfleet), when both roads were constructed. With the construction of the M25 in the 1980s the A126 was diverted to meet the new motorway at Purfleet Interchange (although it never actually reached the junction, ending on the then-A13 just before); and the the A1090 was given the route to meet the A13 at Meads Corner. The A13 was renumberd A1306 in 1998/9 with the opening of the new dual carriageway road to the north.
