Pepperhill Junction is a Parclo Hybrid junction found near Gravesend. Originally the overbridge was numbered B262 as it is today. However between 1991 and 2007 the road on the bridge was numbered A2260. This was due to it taking over a old rail tunnel that ran to the western end of Gravesend. During the resent works on the A2,though the junction was much the same, the off slip was moved to the previous junction and when the A226 was moved to bypass Northfleet, the A2260 was also moved to be near to the new Ebbfleet International station and the road at this junction reverted back to the B262 number and thus forming today's junction.
