First opened in November 2003 (2 lanes each way, with full opening in October 2004). Replaced a complicated flat junction between the A13, A112, and Tollgate Road (visible extreme right).

Rio Grande Gorge Bridge
Steel truss bridge across a mountainous river gorge. Bridge deck is at an approximate elevation of 2000 m.

The A34 at Heald Green near Stockport. A high standard section of new road that has been subjected to a 50 mph limit, enforced by the Gatso that is lurking just behind the red car.
